350Z chasing and not catching a 09 Cobalt SS/TC
« on: November 03, 2009, 11:32:08 AM »
Since I have a Cobalt I thought others might find this interesting. It is a stock Cobalt SS/TC being chased by a 350Z at the Mosport DDT track. The Cobalt has no engine modification but some minor suspension changes and track tires.

This is what the owner of the Cobalt said, "Lightly modded 350Z, not sure of everything he had, I think exhaust shocks struts and springs.

My car had the OTTP 1.25 sway bar and Gforce R1 tires. Otherwise stock 09 TC."

No No No Darrick, that is not me. I wish it was. I pulled it off the Ontario Cobalt Site (the OCC) and it turns out it was the guy I bought my winter wheels off of yesterday. Young guy of 25 and yes, he is a heck of a driver. I told him that too! :chevy:

I like this post.  :chevy: :afro_original:

Most people often think of the 350Z as a really high performance vehicle, but when you look at the specs, it's not really that impressive. My GTP has more torque stock.  :P

Blame that on the media, tell people anything and they will believe it because they are generally too lazy to do their own research. :chevy:

It really amazes me how gullible some people can be too.
